Who this policy covers
ZUNO PICKS PTY LTD (ACN 691 786 062), trading as Vantum Labs, operates the Vantum website and membership services. This policy explains information handling for visitors and members, including the dashboard, billing, support and advertising. Contact support@vantumlabs.com.au with privacy questions.
Information collected
Depending on how you use Vantum, information may include your name, email address, account identifiers, linked Discord identity, subscription status, billing records, support messages, tracked bets and bookmaker balances you enter. Technical information can include your IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, advertising identifiers and events such as starting checkout, beginning a trial or making a subscription payment.
How information is collected and used
Information comes from details you enter, your use of the website and dashboard, communications with support, and connected services such as Stripe or Discord. It is used to provide and secure your account, store your tracked activity, manage membership and community access, process billing, respond to requests, troubleshoot the service and measure marketing performance. Some information is needed to create an account or provide paid services; without it, those features may not be available.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal. Payment details are entered into Stripe’s checkout. Vantum receives information needed to administer subscriptions, including customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice information and billing contact details. Our checkout code also attaches advertising attribution information, such as browser identifiers, IP address and browser information, to checkout metadata. Meta advertising and measurement
The marketing website uses Meta Pixel, and the subscription system includes Meta Conversions API integration. These tools help connect website visits, checkout activity, trials and subscription payments to advertising and measure campaign performance. Information shared can include page or event details, payment amount and currency, IP address, browser information and Meta browser or click identifiers. Where available, the server integration also sends hashed email, name, location and account identifiers for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. These integrations do not send the individual bet records stored in the dashboard as conversion event data. Meta’s use of the information is described in Meta’s privacy policy.
Cookies, local storage and your choices
Vantum uses browser storage for sessions and preferences. The marketing website uses Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc for attribution, and click identifiers can be carried into checkout. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or other functionality. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily stop server-side conversion events. Contact us with questions about advertising data or requests relating to your information.
Service providers and community features
Our services use providers including Supabase for account and database functionality, Vercel for hosting and dashboard analytics, Stripe for billing, and Discord for member community and support. The website loads fonts through Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. Providers receive information relevant to their functions. Messages you post in a Discord channel can be visible to others with access to that channel; use a private support conversation for personal account information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Storage, security and overseas processing
Account and service information is held in our systems and those of our service providers. These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia. Processing locations depend on the provider and service configuration. Contact us for information about the locations relevant to your account. Account access controls and other technical measures help protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share passwords or send full payment details through support messages.
Retention and deletion
How long information is kept depends on its purpose, such as operating your account, providing support, maintaining billing records, meeting legal obligations or resolving disputes. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your account or all associated records. Contact support@vantumlabs.com.au to request deletion or ask what information remains. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons, and service providers may have their own retention requirements.
Access, correction and privacy complaints
Email support@vantumlabs.com.au to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or make a privacy complaint. Describe your request and the account concerned. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. We will review the request and explain the outcome or any further information needed. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you can seek information from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about whether it can consider your complaint.
Browser extension
The Vantum Racing extension has a separate extension-focused privacy notice describing its browser permissions and handling of odds and preferences. That notice’s statements about the extension having no advertising analytics do not mean that the marketing website or subscription service has no tracking.
